Now with this JustinTV TLN partnership I have a question. Are you going to treat this like a Hocky season version MLG. with your LAN's being season games of the mlg world. and if so are you going to hire your own Pucket who will commentate over certain games/series.

Good question!
I wonder if Puckett will commentate a few games when he is at the house.

Oh and I have a few more questions
1. Is this free TLN experimental, Lets say two monthes from now are you all of a suddenly going to the premium watcher style that has been here since the onset

2. Is your next goal going to be a full partner with MLG [If your not already]

3. finally are you seeking to take the TLN brand to the next level, were your an entity with MLG

Also, What will happen to the Premium memberships? Will the cost go down? I have not been able to read the entire thread on the new changes happening tbh. I will eventually, probably at while at work hehe ;)

Ill answer what I know, just remember plans change. I think there is no intention to make the stream paid only again, if you could let 10x as many people watch for free and get the money from the ad's from big business instead of our members why not do that, I think the only reason it was paid before is because this want an option and the site needed some money to at least kind of help with the costs. I doubt it will be seasons, but I was just thinking the same thing that i would love to see commentary, possibly during LANS only but have the player who is being commentated Highlighted or something and have the commentary on the TLN talk channel, so the people who like to listen in can do just that. Half the reason any of the streams I watch are entertaining is because of the commentary. also as for premium options you can now purchase a one time fantasy pass for 2.99 that lets you participate in the Fantasy draft league and the interactive fantasy for one LAN, with more and better prizes than before. Now the reoccurring premium membership will be only 3.99 a month, and that also lets you participate in the fantasy leagues, enter exclusive member only contests, and access the new VOD section.

As a long time member of this site, I hope there is no commentary during the matches, or if there is to have to the option not to have it. One of the best things about the lans is to hear the team communicate, talk trash, and joke around. I would hate to have that option taken away.

as far as I know the TLN Lans haven't had commentary yet. Although I'd have to disagree with you and I would welcome commentating.

Yes I agree, having commentary makes it more fun and exciting to watch

I like hearing the players all the time and having no commentary. I like what they did last time with Puckett and Gandhi giving updates and wrap-ups. No play by play! :)

As a long time viewer, I would whole heartily disagree with you. The trash talking that the teams do is a lot more entertaining, you learn a lot more in the communication than hearing someone saying a pro needs to step up in a lan practice.

Well if you guys had read my wall of text ( I don't blame you for skipping it) I suggested them commentary be on the TLN talk webcam, that way every user would have to option to turn it on or not
