How to get a team pass id you live in AZ, MD, VT, ND and CT

Living in AZ im pretty sure the problem is a couple of states don't recognize playing video games for money as legitimate and consider it gambling, I know thats why they can't hold MLG events in AZ at least so I assume its something along those lines.

Yes, that's correct. Major drawback for local teams from these states wanting to compete.

Yup, same thing with Quebec in Canada. As a result Canadians are left out of many events, not only MLG.

That's weird because for Dallas it let me get the pass and I live in Maryland..
