Its his way of dealing with things and people. No respect, no consideration. It's his way or the highway. When he hasn't proved anything to anyone, he has no right to talk down Pros who earned their way to their status and title. When he earns his spot their then okay, but until he does don't claim you're something you're not. He tells everybody they are ignorant, when he can't even let other people talk in a conversation. He has to raise his voice so people will stop trying to talk over him and they can't get their point across. It's a matter of respect. He shows no one any, so why should ANY ONE show him the slightest amount.
