Heck yeah, watch all the streams and VoD you can, especially Ninja. go to MrGlobalHD on youtube and watch his videos. and Practice! Practice! Practice!

I 2nd watching the gameplays and pro streams. I learn so much watching.

Watching pov helps a lot theres no denying it. But you also need some sort of individual skill and with that comes a good or decent shot, awareness and teamwork. The best advice is to play a lot and try to constantly play with people better than you. Because you'll pick up on mistakes and see what they're doing right, but just keep playing and try hard and you'll improve.

Dont JUST watch Halo Reach streams. I learned SOOO much from watching Mrglobalhd's videos (go to youtube and search that name). I never even played Halo before, but when i got the game, i understood many of the core concepts.
