Even if that does mean posting irrelevant post. Such as "Awesome job!" or "Thanks man!" I think it would actually help if you could make the minimum letter count for a post like 100 letters or something. Just my opinion though.

Oh don't get me wrong, I too think Chickens should, and has won Alias of the month. Nothing was really accomplished last month, that deserves an award, so the POSTERS will get it. (I understand you try to create tournaments Chickens, but lets be honest, the scheduling is VERY lackluster....)

Honestly i don't think you have that high a chance. People who have won AOTM in previous months have helped out the community or Mr P in some way. Take D_Moralize, He has been providing Gfx and images for use on the forums and website and he won last month.

If you stick around of a while and carry on posting than it may happen in the future. But IMO not right now.

There is indeed a difference between attempting and doing. Should wait and see how the plans people have pan out and see which ones actually get followed through and work.

agreed there have been people on this site to try things to get favor only to be AotM they try ideas or try to be heavy in the TLNC then say they should get it. people like Magic and Myself as well as Shelly n D_Mo earned it with out knowning about it or that we were even in the running we just did what we did cuz we loved the site and wanted to make it a family a home

I have to agree with Antidote. AotM should be something that be given to you not because you tried to earn, but because you deserved it by just being helpful to the community. Personally I just want to see the community strong again.
