I think it would be kind of cool if there could be a chat messenger embedded on to the site on the main news page or on the forum boards, it would be pretty cool.

I know we have one for when there streaming, but I mean one from when theres not just so people can talk.

There is one. Go the the main page and look in the top right corner. At least there used to be one there. It's basically the stream chat though.

I'm sure that almost everyone on here has some sort of messenger system (e.g. AIM, MSN, etc) that you can just ask for if you want to talk to just one person.

You don't need to be a premium member to use it... As evidenced by the tons of free members using it during PvJ 3.
