Well, as many people in their competitive careers have seen is those times where your teammates sketch on you (quit/leave). With my teammate Blayzen and me have had lately is about 3 good To2 we have had that just go up and sketch on us. I for one am having a hard time dealing with this and it gets me sort of stressed because of the limited time there is till D.C. So if anyone else has gone through this multiple times please tell me how you got through it or maybe how to know whether or not a To2 is on the possibly of sketching or when how to sense the right teammates. Thanks :p

Through all of the 2009 season I spent my time practicing and attempting to compete for Halo 3. 3 tournaments in a row, Columbus, Dallas, and Anaheim, 1 or more teammates left on the Friday of the tournament leaving me to find replacements or the possibility of joining a new team. I haven't had the best luck competing having only made it to 8th round with a last second team, but knowing from the experience of having to look for those teammates you're comfortable with so often I can say that you can never underestimate what it is that you have. Often times on amateur teams players think they deserve more or are too good for who theyre playing with and dont appreciate the teamwork they already have with their teammates. When you find teammates that you genuinely get along with who you can take and give criticism with without getting into any arguments, you'll know that they're the right kind of teammates that you want and you'll be able to accomplish a lot more as a team.
