He is getting a stipend at Columbus, which means that he is still pro because mlg gives you one event to get back into the top 16. You don't have to be on a top 16 seeded team to be a pro and being on a top 16 seeded team also doesn't mean that you're pro until you actually go to the event with that team and get top 16. Example: Loki is now on tD, but he isn't going to get a stipend until he actually places top 16 with them and earns it.
