Just had an end of summer LAN a couple weeks ago.
It was a 2-day 4-team Halo 3 LAN.. it was tough to put together, but definitely one of the best ways to end the summer before everyone left for school.
If you've never had a LAN before, I definitely recommend it. They're a lot of fun!!

Excellent article man, We lan regularly, when I get breaks from school its every day, they are so enjoyable mostly because you know that if you're winning or losing its because of talent, not good/bad connections. Also its more fun to trash talk when the guy you're playing is in front of you, not some disembodied voice miles away in their mom's basement.

Agreed, trash talking is WAY more fun at LANs. It gets pretty ridiculous, but it's also hilarious.
