Huge plus: It would be awesome to have someone who is a co-leader of sorts. Someone who helps me make decisions for the team and someone who helps me break down theatre and get to the root of our problems.

I've been around MLG since 2005, an active MLG Forum poster since 2006.
Times: I live in the East Coast so all times are EST, I'm mostly online whenever I'm not at work off by 9-9:30.
What I'm looking for in a team: I'm looking for a team that has a clear understanding that in this game you have to put in the time, and the dedication to go somewhere. Practice is key, and building chemistry with each other is the door that this key unlocks. Reach isn't all about individual skill, there are pro players that go negative or just have bad games when not playing with there teams all the time. I'm not the best individually skilled player, but I have amazing communication, I call out everything that is needed to be called out, and I respond to call outs well. I'm not going to title myself as a specific type of player for I personally believe that In reach, or Halo in general that sometimes everybody has to do there part and sometimes escape your comfort zone to pick up the slack. If you usually don't run objective usually, don't be scared to pick up the flag and run it when needed. If I could explain what I wanted in one sentence, it would probably be, A group of people that enjoy teaming with one another, and can perform well while doing so.

Ok Im attempting to get back into MLG and I guess I will start here. I'm a mature player who never stops calling out on the mic. Calling out the enemy players is probably one of my best skills. I don't get mad and rage then make excuses like a lot of other players do.

I have been to two events, '10 Dallas(Emerged) and '11 Columbus(Beyond the Clouds). Didn't place very well. But, I'm not letting two bad tournaments get in my way and determination of going pro in Reach! I have the wired controller, A40s, and etc... I am on everyday and super dedicated to placing at least top 20 in Orlando. I know I have the individual and team skill to place, it just comes down to the right team. The biggest problem of my past teams was simply lack of practice. Everyone was always late to practice and I have no time to waste time on players who aren't dedicated or determined. If you haven't been to an event, no headset, or not on at all. Then stop reading please! I will run with anyone so F/A or partial teams just send me a F/R and we will run games.

I have my plane ticket and have money set aside for Orlando. I have been to '11 Columbus and '10 Dallas. I am very dedicated and know with the right team I can break out. I know how to set-up for flag poles, power weapons and etc... If I'm not online I'm watching VoDs from my games to see what I did wrong or watching pros VoDs to see what I can do. Unlike other players I like being criticized, it makes me a better player. So if you wanna run just send me a message and I'll be more and willing to run. Times you are online: Mon-Thurs pretty much all day majority of the time. Fri-sun 7pm - 12pm GMT.
About me: UK Player so looking for preferably an EU team, looking to compete at EGL etc. Not really played Reach as much as i would of liked other than MLG occasionally, hopefully find a team to compete on Halo 4 with.
Role: Play the Support role mainly, can run objective good too. Good all round team player and communicator.
