Never knew this existed, anyone have any experience with something like this. Do you think it would cause button lag?

Using a mouse is probably the biggest cheat for a console game, :( renfrew...

I wouldn't want to use a mouse but if it could re-map the button layout on a controller then I'd be interested. And I wouldn't call it cheating since everyone has access to it and it's microsoft approved.

Just because you don't call it cheating doesn't mean it's not cheating lol... Everyone has access to a gun but killing people still doesn't fly :D
A mouse is ridiculously accurate compared to a controller... show up at MLG with an XIM, mouse, and a keyboard and try to play Black Ops or Reach and I guarantee you will get disqualified.

Comparing a mouse to killing people with a gun is just ridiculous. Also MLG has nothing to do with this. I don't see anything different between using a mouse and keyboard if someone prefers it over a controller, compared to using a set of astros instead of the mic that comes with the xbox.
Back on topic I could care less what your opinion is on what is cheating and what isn't but if anyone has ever used a product to re-map their controller I'd be interested in their opinions of them.

He's just giving his opinion also. Most of the people here are into competitive gaming with MLG. I think if you want to re-map buttons on your controller, try the Razer Onza. My 2 cents :)

Yeah if you haven't herd of the Razer Onza I'd suggest you check it out. The argument that using a headset is giving you and advantage and is not cheating so a mouse should be fine seems a little thin. Consider the game is designed for a console and is designed to work with he features of the console to give the best experience for each user. Now if you happen to have a 1080p TV with 5.1 surround sound that just allows you to get the optimal experience that the game was designed for.
Now when you use a mouse to even be able to have it work properly with the Xbox 360 you need a piece of software that uses algorithms to manipulate the information sent by the mouse to mimic the actions of the controller and the various sensitivities of each game and specific characteristics of the aim assist/auto aim of that particular game. You can play on 10 sensitivity and have pin point aim if you don't see how that is giving you an unfair advantage over regular players using a controller then I give up.
