I feel embarrassed to have to make another thread relating to anything about teams. Time and time again I make a thread, find teammates, and due to shadyness, back to making another thread. I had a great to2 with a player named Str8 Aggression (hit 'em up!) who can no longer make it to Anaheim. Which pretty much leaves me as an F/A.
What I need are players with the same attitude as me. I found a guy named Hea7 uP, who will most likely be our fourth. I am not looking for to2's, I want to build this team from the ground up. I just feel things would flow better, for example, if there wasn't two best friends on the same team who don't listen attentively and aren't serious when they're together. Obviously there are better reasons for this, but I can't list them off the top of my head.
I'd like to build a team out of people who are well rounded and have the same attitude as me. I myself am a very well rounded player, I can slay, support, do objective, snipe, I'm selfless, and a great communicator whom reacts to call-outs. I can say the same about Hea7. When it comes to communication, it's not all about calling out everything on sight, a lot of it is about small talk. Small talking is talking to your teammates, telling them what your doing, telling them you have their help, etc.
Outside of the game, these are qualities I'm looking for:
Demonstrates reliability
Listens actively
Functions as an active participant
Shares openly and willingly
Cooperates and pitches in to help
Shows commitment to the team
Works as a problem-solver
Treats others in a respectful and supportive manner
Also, I would prefer that you can play evenings from 6pm-11pm.
I WANT this, I WANT to place well and believe I can, but with the right team. I'm motivated, dedicated, and know I can do this, so I'm looking for fellow players with the same mindset. I would be happy to break top 32 at my first event, earning semi-pro status. Although, Hea7 and I could do much better.
