I don't understand...what is it exactly? Is it an add on type thing or a completely new game?

Its an Expansion pack, you install it and it has a brand new campaign and all new units. It requires Starcraft 2 to play and will be built on the same engine. Expansions are a incredibly popular thing for PC games.

hahaha thank you. I am so new to this. New units in multiplayer as well? or just in campaign? And usually how much does the expansion pack cost? sorry for the bombardment of questions haha

new units in both and probably the same $60 it cost for starcraft 2. a must buy!! because not only is sc2 the best game, but it is also now a standard for which all games should be built like.

Expansions are usually cheaper than the full retail game. It changes based on the game, but it can be anywhere from Just a couple of �'s less, to half the price of the original.

Going back to Brood War new units were included in both Sp and MP.


But, from the looks of the trailer Sarah gets recruited back into the Ghost Program, Where(Lore states) that they mess with peoples minds in order to make them perform at super human capabilities. However if you read any of the Brood war books it was kinda dangerous for trainees with less then perfect minds. People rejected the programming that they were given and went crazy. So, after all her time as Kerrigan i think she has gone 'To the Dark Side' once again.

Which means i get my awesome Leader of the Zerg back!
