Has anyone had any problems with this cable, im personally already on my 3rd one in a year. Its crazy paying like 10$ shipping for a cable that's 8$.

I woulds say call customer support, but they got rid of that, but you can e-mail them, but it takes forever.

yep, my 3rd one just recently broke. And I can guarantee they will not have any of those cables at the event to purchase, forcing us to order online and pay shipping. I've already gone through this at Raleigh last year and the guys words were, "Sorry kid, we have none here, you have to order that online."

Im on my 2nd which I got for free. I sent them an email on their website, more specifically support page and they sent me a new one. I was like 'Kewl beans astro!!! Thank yooooos' :D

I have gone through many of these as well. They seem to be very well built, not sure why they break all the time.
