I have the worst hangover i've ever experienced, but i need ur help. What is the best cure u have found to get rid of a hangover quick. help me!! thanks

But a Hangover is your brain lacking fluid. Drink about 3 pints of water. And get something sugary in your body.

the best way to cure a hangover is drink some more. You don't have to get drunk again but just get some more alcohol in your system and you will feel a lot better

Make your self something with eggs. (protein + energy)
You MUST drink gatorade or whatever sports drink you like
Water, a lot of it.

Working out the day before and the day of a hangover is recommended as well.
