Which Logo?

Okay so i am possibly starting up this graphic design team/company and I have started work on the logo sketching it out. I have just finished the first 3 designs and I want your opinion on which one is the best. All you have to do is vote for 1,2 or 3. I would also like some constructive criticism on these logos so I can improve them.

Okay then, here are the logos:

They are all the same style, I just want to know which one you like best :) I will also post the one I will be using which should be totally different because of all the things you have told me I could improve!

1st is the best. Agree with Eammon though. Needs some color or something, it's plain and boring.

I think they are too plain and too complicated at the same time, a company logo shouldnt be like a gamebattles or team logo it should be cleaner and more of an icon I think. I would suggest arranging the letters differently and then maybe altering them in some way to give make them stand out. maybe make the corners of the T and the N touch and make it kind of stylized, so it just looks cool but then at second glance you notice the individual letters.

Yo need to not use drop shadow. Also fix the connection between the letters.

Im trying to make it look a little like the TLN logo. And also NBT stands for Next Big Thing :) Thanks for the criticism guys really helps!
