There are hundreds of thousands of MLG fans' birthdays. Statistically speaking, there is a HIGH chance that today is ALSO the birthday of a couple of other fans as well. Why should you get a jersey when no one else does? I'm sorry that this will sound harsh but the simple truth is that, pros wont care. Unless your good friends with one, dont expect to get a jersey. This thread is very self focused, and you need to realize that the world doesnt revolve around you.

If you somehow manage to get one, then congrats. just dont expect it.

Happy B-day buddy. My advice... message your favorite pros on XBL and see if you can buy some signed merch off them. I don't know the legal issues with that, but you are much more likely to get one if you offer some of that birthday money to them.
