Weapon timings, call outs, focus and such. Almost like a tennis coach, they don't call the plays, they just keep the player in the game... at least as far as I can tell.

Coaches do alot of things. They help with callouts.. they keep time on weapons/camo.. they tell you when to push up.. stay alive.. They're watching like all your teams screens so he knows exactly whats up... It could benefit you ALOT if you have a coach that knows what they are doing. but it doesnt benefit you at all if you have a coach that just calls weapon times or does really small things that you could basically do. But you dont need to have a coach.. I think Final Boss went without a coach for abit.

Im a coach for my team. This is how I help out. I was suppose to be on the team but decided to be a coach for them instead. I played an objective roll and i communicate alot. Being a coach is like having a 5th person on your team communicating! Having a coach is KEY. Cause sometimes players often get distracted with the game so they forget to call out. ShaShou, my teammate really wants me to keep looking at his screen to help callout for him. Another thing is that sometimes the team gets really pressured and cant focus and im there to calm them down, and i can basically regroup the team during game play. Making sure they are set up correctly when power ups and power weapons come up is always key, and telling them where to go to setup is also a good thing as well. A Coach can really benefit the team!
