Some People have asked me, "What do I feed these guy's at the LAN'S?" So since we are in the midst of a 3 team LAN and the 6 Team to follow, I thought I would lay out the menu here for you to view. First of all, the menus are always planned out ahead of time, then the grocery list, and off to the grocery store. Food is generally prepped ahead of time, depending on the difficulty of the dish. And here we go...........

Thursday night: STEAK & CHICKEN FAJITA'S
Marinated Chicken and Skirt steak, grilled
Sauted Green Peppers & Onions
Cheese, Sour Cream , Salsa, Lettuce
Spanish Rice, Served on a warm Tortilla Shell

Friday Night: B-B-Q- Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Pork Shoulder Marinated for 24 hours
Homemade rub, rubbed on the pork and cooked for 8 hours
Homemade B-B-Q sauce poured over the sandwich
served on a warm roll with a side of "ToTz"

Saturday Night: Mostoccholi & Meatballs
Hand Rolled Meatballs with fresh Parsley and garlic
Baked and cooked in my homemade sauce for 3-4 hours
Served over Rigatoni Noodles, sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese
And everyones favorite, my Garlic Bread

Sunday Night: Cheeseburgers & HotDog's
Fresh Fruit Salad
HandCut AuGratin Potatoes for
Cheese potato AuGratin
If anyone has any favorite recipes or dishes you or someone you know makes, I would
defiantly consider them! I'm always looking for something new to make, and it has to feed 20-30! Any comments????

Chef boy R Mrs. P! lol Just curious Mrs. P cause you're cooking always looks so delicious, any culinary school experience or just a natural self taught chef? Also could you post some pics of how each meal turns out before all the guys destroy it? lol

This is one i used to cook for 17 of my university mates while in Halls in my first year.

Roast beef, with Finley chopped onion. Paprika, Garlic Salt, coarse sea salt and Pepper. It is without doubt the best meat i have ever put in my mouth... Wait... What?

Wow all of those sound amazing. Wish I could afford to make those on LAN days. That might detract from me playing though haha.

also I'm new to this website but from reading things on here it is so much better than GB or MLG. Much more mature here, I'm glad I'm a premium member. Money well spent.

Are there any vegetarian pros?

Great Question! Well, Lammie, (Pro Coach) does not eat Pork. But that came from the movie "Pulp Fiction". No other reason. Neither does Goofy or his brother.Mr. P is not a fan of of ground meat, like meatloaf, hamburgers and the like. My daughter Gianna is a vegetarian and so is my oldest Joey (Joe Fries), I have not eaten meat for about 8 months now because of my daughter throwing up disgusting visuals in front of my face
and messing with my mind!! I use to LOVE meat. Otherwise, I would have to say, more than anything they are healthy eating Pros. No one really eat's sweets, nor are they big on Carb's. Sometimes they will eat the meal w/out the bread. Like the pulled Pork sandwich, they will have just on a plate, no bread. Thanks for the question!

I think that for one of your meals, you should have Beer Battered Chicken + Fettucini Alfredo + Ceasar Salad.

Prepare mixes a day before and bam. You have an amazing meal.
