team events

for those of you who have gone to events with a team, what's the experience like, how does it better you, just what's it like at events with a team

my first event was Cbus '10 i went with my real life friend and 2 people i had known on xbl for awhile(i still talk to them and consider them 2 of my top friends). It was one of the most fun weekends of my life. We only got LBR4 but, walking around and meeting everyone is great. Also got to play at the Dr. Pepper Booth and played ninjas team at that time Second Nature

its pretty amazing going to events man every second is so much fun. i wish i would of stayed all 3 days for cbus but unfortunately i left a day early :(

I went to my first event alone, and was so bored. There is a lot of downtime. I met some guys there, and they are now some of my best friends. I only ever see them at events, but we split hotel, hang out all weekend, and just have a great time. Going with a team is awesome, but going with friends is better. If your teammates are your good friends, then you can't not have an amazing time.
