Okay so SDCC is going on right now and they debuted the new ugraded verson of MVC3 and i have to say i am greatly impressed and exctited. we get a hole new rebalnced cast xfactor is ballanced and can be trigger in air and the addition of 12 new characters ....the only ones announce though are Hawkeye, ghost rider, fireband, and Stryder Hyrui coming soon ones include iron first nova rocket raccon (yes raccon) Phoniex Wright ( bad enough we have one in the game now they give us a second phoneix ) Nemis Dr strange also alot of characters have new moves such as magneto strom ryu wolvie and spencer also if you pre order at either game stop best buy and amazon you get a set of costume skins for certain characters aslo seth said he isn't sure if there going to do anything for us that already bought MVC3 check all the links out

I cant buy it. I bought MvC3 and instead of Capcom coming out with DLC they go straight to a new game? sounds like they didnt have faith in the product which makes me question Capcom all together

they did the same with Street fighter basically i feel they liked it just didn't know really where to change things so it wa a full price expansion i will be getting it and playing everyone and there going to be lowering the price already to 39.99 and were hopeing that they will give us a chance to trade in the game for a good discount or what not

the new cast to me his Hit and Miss i feel that is very eastern Heavy like we got alot of good western cast in Vannila but now we have P.Wright? and Rocket Raccoon? give us an Onimusha character. give us Cable or Cyclops! ill buy it lol but i will also keep Vannila cuz it seems to be Changing that much!

Honestly im glad capcom will do a second realease fairly quick, theres no way they can anticipate how the tiers will play out and what will be discovered, and the fact that they are willing to balance it makes me happy, not to mention that at $5 each the DLC characters alone would be more than the retail for the game. Im super exited for strider and firebrand looks really fun too, I agree with the cast not being who I wanted for the most part but like seth killian said the characters he was most exited for aren't the one he enjoys playing the most and the same is true for me. I especially like the normalization and toning down of xfactor and being able to activate in the air, no more anticlimactic chip deaths as your entering from dormammu with 5 bars lol. Overall im incredibly hyped up for this and happy that both of my favorite games right now are getting a new version or a TU

lol i like level 3 x-factor i loved matches were you got raped cameback and ROCV. it sucked to have it happen to you but boy was it cool when you did it back!

yea im glad its not gone but I love that its toned down and normalized and dosent last as long. Like everyone will get a 140% damage and 130% speed boost in lvl 2 or something like that so everyone benefits equally, as opposed to vanilla mvc3 where hulk who hits hard as shit already gets 230% damage boost in lvl 3. wtf lol

From what Ive seen I really like the changes, especially the rebalance. I don't mind of some characters are clearly better than others, but i like that they are making the gap smaller, instead of the worst character being a 2/10 and the best an 11/10 hopefully now its more like the worst is 5 or 6/10 and the best is like a 9. I feel like this game will be way better and exciting if theres no clear best character like there is now.

not to sure we can count wolive top any more the nerfs really tweeked his combos and ya i think with the new rebalnce were going to have to look whos there cause alot of characters got new moves really digging taskmasters stab lol but hawkeye might be over him in tier even though there simular and hawkeye has 16 different arrow types we will just have to wait and see i know i am doing a pre-order of that when pell gets in along with a couple other games lol

so far after reading the balance tweaks I think its looking great I would have put the top 5 as phoenix, logan, wesker, magneto, and dante, and they all except magneto got nerfed and mags maybe did too if his new move isnt all its hyped up to be. I feel like what I considered the B tier of ammy zero task sent she hulk akuma all got either barely buffed or nerfed but are now going to be on the same level as the top 5, and I think some characters like ryu, storm, doom, trish, and dormammu will be highly competitive too. The only things I really dsagree with atm are nerfing tron and haggers assists without (to our knowledge) aking them bettter on point. That will only lead to more drones,hidden missles, and tatsu's I think. The other thing that worries me is if the new characters are just way to good so we get another game laking character diversity at the highest levels.

i feel like this is a Bold move. they gave Ultra 2 in SSF but they never Fully gave them NEW moves this could change the WHOLE game dynamic. im excited yet worried ya know? at the same time i think this is a BOLD move again with SFxT coming out is Capcom over saterating the field with their own titles? 4 fighting game titles in 16 months? MvC3, AE, UMvC3, and SFxT

as far as nerfing they were kinda across the board on this dante and mag both nerfed ammy heavy stance nerf and the list goes on i can't wait to play a team with stryder and ghost rider hell i might make a team just around hawkeye. as far as fighting games don't forget there is also KOFXIII skullgirls and i know i am missing one other

i wanna play Skullgirls but KOF13 idk... BUT they UPed DMG so fights ARE SO MUCH FASTER!
