This is crazy. Im such a big Neighbor fan, and when i heard he was going to "retire" it hit me alittle bit, but hearing Assault and Enable left, it hit me so hard and im not even a sQ fan, this is gonna be weird seeing what happens to sQ, im guessing destin and tizoxic, cause of the ammount of time they have left to practice


but... Assault Snipedown Enable Heinz ... thats such a sick line up, but not in purple -_-

i really want to know why they broke up, they were about to be the "longest running team" and they were like "brothers" they cant just throw it away just because they want to get a top 1 finish... instinct has that on lock

I feel so bad about this, just saw Flamesword's tweet on it, he's one of my favorite players and I hope he does well. But this is almost the same style team change that made GS, two strong pairs coming together and admittedly it could be REALLY good... potentially

i knew it was coming. it was bound to happen any day. i wasn't expecting it right after a second place finish but Dynasty will now place higher and Sq will fall

I think alot of this came from the fact they all really seemed to be in different places when it came to gaming i am sure that their still good friends and stuff or maybe they felt they just need to change the norm and see if someone can take down instinct

It sucks to see them break up but I think Enable and Assault really wanted a shot at the 1st place spot. I always kinda saw Flamesword as a really good leader but a kinda average pro player skill wise and Ace never really impressed me, still a super solid player but nothing incredibly special. With this move Enable has grabbed Heinz who was the 2009 Best Overall Player and Best Objective Player and of course Snipedown really needs no introduction. This team has two incredibly strong slayers and two of the best Objective Slayers in the game. Im hoping they put in the practice, if they do Instinct may have some competition. However, whats their name? They cant have either sQ or Dynasty unless the two remaining halves join.

as much as this hurts me as an SQ fan, it honestly kind of makes sense to me. i was thinking about it recently, and i felt that enable and assault were on a different level, but i figured they wouldnt leave SQ until someone retired or something because of their chemistry, teamwork, and friendship. and if dynasty made any changes i figured they would keep tiz and only release destin. at least they seem to have parted on good terms, and i hope flame and ace can find some good teammates(im sure they can) and keep SQ high placed and a great team.

i have to agree with the post above me, this new team, whatever the name is, scares me lol. enable and snipedown are just nasty slayers with two of the best snipes in the league, and assault and heinze both have underrated shots and RIDICULOUS nade launchers, and both could be slayers, but they choose to play for objectives. to me this is really god squad part two. 2 nasty slayers enable/snipe = roy/pistola and two great objective minded players who can still win one on ones assault/heinze = lunch/ogre 2. if i could assemble a team to beat instinct, this would be pretty damn close, or it probably. i just hope the team can play enough together, communicate well, and have fun, like SQ did.

hopefully it works out for the best for all the players involved.

i pretty much called this before anaheim. i knew if dynasty and sq didn't do as well as they wanted, they would probably join forces. i knew snipedown wanted to team with assault, so i pretty much guessed this team. they are gonna be so good, i can't wait to see this team topple the godsquad.
Flamesword and Ace could pick up tiz and destin, but they won't be as good as before.

I was watching Flamesword's stream and Enable was talking smack about Ace. More like he was just saying that they should drop Aaron and get someone else so they could win. I couldn't hear flamesword but from enable and assault talking it sounded like flamesword said no to that and Enable got kinda mad because he was " picking up the team slack ". He said they all needed to go more positive at the events... Then he started bragging about how Puckett has him as a top 5 sniper and stuff...

I hopethey stick togethor for at least 2 events, I feel like this team could beat instinct but maybe not with 3 weeks of practice. I support this move too because it shows they care about more than the guaranteed second place money, who cares if you get second when you are getting 6-0'd by the first place team, they want to win and they are willing to gamble on it. And unlike str8 I see this as a good move. I know its unlikely but if Ace and flame picked up naded and noob I think they would be sick. Thats or ace and elamite finally teaming. Also I wonder who is still sponsored by redbull

Well this is awkward. I'm going to make this short and sweet. Basically if sq isn't (me, aaron, clete, and mike) then all three of them will lose their sponsor. We just found out about this today, so it was shocking. There is just no way that I can leave them and have them lose their sponsor as well.


I'm sorry to everyone who was excited to see me, richie, clete, and eric play. I am also sorry that richie and eric had to go through all of this.


Clete and I were fully dedicated to teaming with Richie and Eric, so we weren't trying to "troll" anyone.

Winning is extremely important don't get me wrong, but mike, aaron, and clete are my closest friends i've made through mlg and I cannot force myself to do that to them.

this is pretty lame. redbull should just sponsor them as individual players, or sponsor both teams. Snipedown deserves a good sponsor. hopefully snipedown/heinz can still form a team that can compete with instinct.

this is stupid. Red Bull is stupid. This is gonna be such an awkward tournament for them now. With Flame and Ace knowing that Assault and Enable dont want to team with them anymore.

Maybe it'll be a good wake up call. I rememebr when flamesword was being interviewd and he said he cared more about getting the record for longest running team instead of 1st place, although maybe he shouldn't feel that way.

Darn straight he shouldn't feel that way! Longest running team record don't mean nothing, winning means something. Who cares jack about records unless that record is most tourney wins! lol

But ya. SQ/Dynasty teams now = Awkward!
