Hey guys, Cyber Bullies, formerly sponsored by NBG, needs a sponsor for Raleigh. The current lineup is PPrawN, SuiSide, ReVamp, and InSaiyan. If you know where we can find a sponsor and/or willing to sponsor, plz PM me or post here. Thnx <3

no company will sponsor a team named CYBER Bullies. for 2 reasons

1. The word cyber has been way tom commonly associated with internet porn and that area.
2. Cyber bullying is a nationally known problem with youth today.

Please let me know if you get sponsored, cause if any major company does, they may require a different team name.

"formerly sponsored by NBG" and i think the majority of people who attend events arent kids anymore, they know what cyber bullying is, and their team name actually means, we are gonna destory you online. So what you're trying to say, is that you're offended by their team name? Have you seen your avatar? Thats JUST like saying, Family Guy shouldnt be aired on TV cause of the content they put on it. Violence, sex, and drugs. Reality Check.

Anyone who tells someone else --no matter who they are or how good their team is-- that they can't get a sponsor, is lazy and ignorant. Please, if you have no idea what your talking about, don't act like you do. You just come across stupid and I'm sick of everyone putting everyone else down.

With that being said, just Google sponsors and sponsorships. Think about companies that you would want to have as a sponsor and send them a letter or email explaining how they can benefit from sponsoring your team. Be professional, and understand that they are making a business decision when they sponsor. Keep that in mind, and you should be able to find someone.

Whether or not you will be able to do so by Raleigh remains to be seen. You'll have to send a lot of letters very soon.

Not to jump on the "Lets hate on Eclipse bandwagon" but dude that statement was jus uninformed and not needed. Any company thats is willing to sponsor an MLG team wont have a problem with the name Cyber Bullies, ya know why? Because we are playing a MATURE RATED GAME. Which means if the company is marketing to younger kids they arnt gunna pay a team to play a mature rated game to do so, theyd much rather sponsor the Wiggles or Barney.

Good Luck to you Tidus! Id look for a local game or electronics store, someone who may already know about MLG and show them what you can do. If thats not possible well than settle for whomever is willing to pay you, dont try and explain MLG to people who dont already know because they dont care, they just want to know why giving you money will make them money. It's like family gatherings. You all like each other, but when you share the space with the same 10 people you've known for a while you get annoyed real easily.

have you tried contacting any sort of companies? just out of curiosity I messaged several companies to look for potential sponsors and I got some replies back just remember that you are trying to tell the company what it is that YOU as a team can do for there company (i.e. how you plan to promote for them, what you would be willing to do for them, and why you feel you deserve their sponsorship) keep a letter to them very formal as this is an investment for the company and not just sponsorship
