ok so heres my connection from speedtest.net.. i dont know how to physically show u the pictures so i will just tell u.. PING-14ms, DOWNLOAD SPEED-9.74mbps, UPLOAD SPEED-4.92mbps.. please tell me if this is a good or bad connection..

That isnt bad at all. A really good connection would be like 30 Mb/s. I have around 11 Mb/s so really we have a decent connection. The lower the ping the better so you are really good ping wise. Overall i would give you connection like a B.

but i dont understand why when i use the internet on my laptop or my computer.. i disconnect on xbox live.. it gets really annoying.. if u could help me out on this that would be great :P

Check your router. You may need router with better packets per second rate. You may also try http://pingtest.net/

ok so i used pingtest.net.. and heres wat it came up with--0% packet loss rate...Ping-13ms... Jitter-1ms... Grade-A
Is that good?

Yes Grade A is good im pretty sure your problem is in your router a lot of people have that same problem where they can't use there computer and there Xbox at the same time try google.
