I need help

My connection: I have a 43 upload, 33 download, and my ping is 7. These results are from speedtest.net. I also went to pingtest.net and it says my jitter is 2, my packet loss rate is 0% and it says my line quality is an A. Having said all of this, here is my problem. I never pull host in match making. I even have a friend who has a .7 upload and .1 download who sometimes pulls host over me. Can some one please explain to me why my internet speed does not transfer into xbox live (if that is the case) and give me advice on how to fix this?

Bungie. I have 40 down and 6 up and never pull host. it seems Reach gives host to the worst connection in the game rather then the best.

It's not all about who has the "best" connection. Plus people don't even know when they pull host half the time. I'm willing to bet you've pulled it at least once.

sometimes router settings help. i pull host a lot more when i set my xbox to a DMZ in the router settings than when i just have it on normal UPnP. i have no clue why, but it works. it's really inconsistent though. some days i'll pull host every game, and then other days i won't pull host at all.
