First post in the forums here, and i was just wondering if anybody has played the new MLG Playlist update yet? If so, how is everyone liking it so far? Any problems people having with it?

I actually got on to play a few games of it. I found it to be better, but not enough to draw me back.

For example I played a game on the Pit, where everyone was just running around doing what ever.

The Pit I remember had people fighting over snipers and yelling at each other to not run through the hallways, this game though it doesn't matter. What's the worst that's gonna happen? You'll lose and not earn those extra 40 credits, darn.

Overall though I feel the update is better and more enjoyable, just not enough.

i don't mind it just got some adapting to do, its really fast paced and intense one wrong move and your gone, its back to it's old competitive ways, don't think they could've fixed reach any bette, well unless they just stopped it all together and halo3 was brought back :)

Is it fully updated? When I was playing I'd get some NB stuff then other times it'd be with bloom.

im honestly not sure, i think its gonna be like the TU Playlist and the 3rd option might be bloom? im not sure to be honest haha

It's pretty good. The biggest thing is that you must not choke with the sniper. You have to be on top of your game with that shit. haha

I love this update. It really gives me the feel of Halo 3. Overall I'm content with it and it was definitely a positive thing on 343's part and for the community. I think it will bring out so many more aspects with how we play, it should definitely make things interesting next season. If anyone wants to play hit me up. :)

I played for 90 mins last night and liked it. I have not played much and my shot is terrible but I am encouraged to get back toi where I was. I prefer sprint but I am giving NS some time to sink in.

It's deffinately going to take some time to get used to for some people, but its a much better gametype for sure. I feel that it makes things alot more competitive.
