Spring league

Price: 25 credits per player
Registration Starts: Fri 27 Apr 2012, 5:00 PM EDT
Registration Ends: Fri 25 May 2012, 9:00 PM EDT
Minimum Team Size: 4 Player(s)
Maximum Team Size: 6 Player(s)
The Spring Ladder gives you the opportunity to stay in the game and keep your skills polished, while winning prize money in the process. How much prize money? It’s up to you. The more teams that register, the higher the prize purse gets as all registration funds will go toward prizing.

The League will be seperated into equal divisions, the number of division depends on how many teams sign up.
Teams will have a match against every team in there division.
The League teams will play every Tuesday and Thursday night at 9pm ET.
At the end of League play, the top teams will be seeded into a double elimination bracket that will run for several weeks

It is only available to north america

Im not sure how many people are even up for it, from what i have seen on the forum, alot of people are going to sit this out.

And best man made a good point on how its going to be mostly computer games at the event and it hasn't been like that for 59 events(give or take)

while it sucks, i think we gotta play. everyone has to play. why? a) this is a great opportunity for possible semi-pros to play against the pro teams and learn from them. Possibly get picked up by a team (look at Ninja for example). b) it shows MLG that we will not let this game die out.

I said this in a different thread and i'll say it here. Theres a reason why we MUST support this spring season. Because if this spring season (which is being generously given to us to show MLG what we can do) is not supported, then how does anyone believe that MLG would feel confident letting Halo back on the Pro Circuit? That takes tons of money thats thrown towards competators. And why would they do that if no one is supporting it?

and the fact that its a season its gunna be hard cuz theirs matches on tuesdays and thrusdays for 2 months, many many competitive halo players have jobs. So this working and going for a whole season is very very unlikely but to be honest im likely gunna throw a team together
