I havent been able to post in the live stream chat. Last time I was able to was during the last 6 team LAN but even the little i did use the chat there was nothing offensive to anyone. I think i might be banned from it but I have no idea why. Thanks for any help in advance.

Yea dude same here i sent like 4 msgs but nothing is happening :(

I cleared my history and refreshed, and it worked for me.

My browser history. I use FireFox, so you click on tools > Clear Recent History > Clear Now
