Anyone stream from a mac (desktop)

Hey guys I have just received a new Mac and I would really like to stream with it and I know it can handle it but I am having a lot of trouble. I briefly understood yesterday and started to get the stream up and running, but the size was small the edges were brought in, and now I cant do it today. Using camtwist and Flash Media Encoder. I have read a bunch of stuff and watched a lot of videos but i need some real help. Please add me on skype crase.chris or dm on this because I really wanna get this all set up and running good!!!

I went around and like studied for a couple of hours and ot it to work thank you thought for trying to help!
