Halo 4 Competitive Skill Ranking System

It has been confirmed on the MLG Dallas Halo 4 live stream! They said that it will becoming in 2013 for all us competitive type players. They did not give any specific details to what it is, but they said there will be a visible skill rank for certain competitive playlists (hopefully MLG). Is anybody as happy as I am right now?

Yes! I have big hopes that it brings life back to halo. Apparently Bravo is working at 343i now as well. That can only be good news.
