So it's almost 9pm pst here on Wed night and the LAN is Thurs. so I was just wondering when the fantasy players will be drafted into our teams? Anyone with information about this would be nice.

Fantasy league drafting closes at 4pm CST on Thursday. Momentarily after that the players will be drafted into your teams.

Hmm..Seeing as the drafting closes at 4pm, any idea when the LAN will actually begin?

We're currently shooting for a 6pm CST start.

Well if you go on the forums to the 6 team LAN thread you will find a complete schedule that may, or may not, officially apply because flights get delayed and stuff, but the stream will have at least started by then.
