Really need help

So for the event me and my team bought a reach pass to play 4 v 4. while trying to sign in and print out the pass it wouldn't let me view it saying there is nothing there anymore. If I were to show up at the event and show them the bank statement stating that I paid would that be good enough to let us play?

If you have a state ID, and you're the one who bought the pass, then that should be good. They can look up your name on their computer. I've never had my epass or whatever. I just show up and they look me up.

well i did find my bank statement and it has my name and I have my id. I will go to the bank to see if they can print anything more to prove that is my purchase. I
