Was thinking about getting them for the casual look of how they feel. Have the A40's already but want a headset I can take around. To anyone who has them post your opinions on them.

I have only work a pair of them for about an hour or 2 while on a train. Imo they arn't as comfortable as A40's, i think thats because i have massive ears tho. But the guy who i lent them off says they are just as comfy as his a40's. But he doesn't have abnormally large facial features

i would recommend the astro A stars if you want something like that. unless u want to use them for gaming. although if uwant something right now u would get the a30's if u wanna wait till bout christmas then the a stars are ur ideal choice. i personally have already ordered my pair of A star ear buds.

well i might still want the a30's for the look of them but I dont know yet thats what I wanted to know more information about them. Do the a30's plug into the a40 mixamp if my a40's were to mess up (hopefully not)?

I love my A30's. I don't think I could live without them. Incredible comfort and sound quality. Unless you're into working out with your headphones, don't get the earbuds. I skate to commute to school everyday and my A30's dont fall off or move around at all.

@joe fries: thanks for the input, but do they connect only to a a30 mixamp or to a a40 mixamp (which i have)?

Yes they do sir. Standard 3.5mm headphone jack so it would work.
If I were to run with the A30s, do they tend to fall off for anyone?

They're not really designed for that, more like walking around and whatnot. Running would be what the style of the A*Star's are for (earbuds). Of course it depends on how much you're moving... lol :p
