Laggin on Black ops.

I've been playing some Black Ops lately and i have recently been experiencing some weird lag, All connections are full green yet I continue to lag. When i switch over to Halo Reach it doesn't lag nor does it lag for Halo 3. If anyone else is experiencing this please let me know. Thanks :)

Are there any Gfx settings on the Xbox version? Because if there is turn of Anti Aliasing and you should be fine.

I was playing with a group of friends and we played another full team in a public match and both were saying that the other team was host, because both sides were lagging. It wasnt anything intolerable, but it was still there. I think they said that is one thing theyre trying to fix are these patches of lag that randomly appear.
