There should be a sticky thread called "Current Stream Quality", or something of the like. It should be kept open by someone at the house, that way, if there is a POV down or lagging, or the sound goes bad, or any other problems during gameplay, we can post them there and someone could look into it ASAP. Snipedown's POV was down for awhile last night, and I don't know if anyone at the house knew, but it would have been nice to be able to tell someone. Even if it can't be fixed, at least we would know that. If there is a better idea that I am just not thinking about, then let me know. I would just like some form of immediate communication with support that has more staying power than the chat, and is checked more often than the support email.
