they have the shirts in like 1 store in any given state if you're lucky. Some people would have to go through great lengths to do that contest...

reminds me of the shirts that came out at hot topic that got you into mlg raleigh.. i drove three hours to 2 different stores and they were either not in stock or they just sold out lol.. im not too worried about the jc penney ones.. personally they dont look that great

check out Carnages designs at UoR those are sick and id drive around the world in 80 days for one of them

The only store in my area is not even selling them

Maybe it will just take time for most stores to get them? I doubt every JC Pennys is jumping at the chance to sell them. They are probably just like "pssh pro gaming t-shirts? How many of those guys could even be out there". I bet they will get them at later dates.
