personally i dont think that bungie should change to the dmr. the br is how they have done it forever and thats what i love about the game. the 3 burst is what makes those br battles fun to watch. i am not excited about the new one shot dmr. i was wondering anyone else's thoughts on the new weapon and even the old one.
There is no BR in Reach, and I am pretty sure they want to make a switch for the circuit next year.
i know there isnt a br in reach. my point is they should bring it back.

i just hope MLG uses the pistol as the starting weapon. it's more like a BR than the DMR, as in it's more versatile. the DMR feels too awkward fighting in close quarters, but that's just me.
I like the DMR alot and Halo Reach doesn't have a BR due to the timeline I think. Halo reach is a prequel to the trilogy.
nah the dmr is a much better weapon. Your just so used to the br and will take time to like it. I mean just use the pistol at close range and then use dmr to put shots into people at long ranges.
Change is sometimes good, I am excited to use the DMR instead of the BR.
... THANK GOD THE BR IS GONE. It doesn't even deserve a 'R.I.P.' on its grave. I welcome the DMR with open arms. We finally have a gun that is actually effective at mid-long to long range. *dances*
