I heard rumors about the opener being Dallas as well.. I really hope it is the opener, I had to miss it this year and I live only 3 hours away :(
I haven't heard any rumors, but the would make Dallas three times in a short period. I don't know much, but that seems kind of unlikely. The really do need to come to the midwest more. Hopefully a Chicago event during the summer!
I doubt it's true. Sounds like a troll, since they went right back to the previous season's championship venue last season. Would be pretty lame if it was true.
Hopefully Meadowlands makes a comeback seeing as iam like 40 minutes from the venue, so that would be nice. And I thought where they held Raleigh was sick.

I really want a midwest tournament.. The only tournament that was near me last year was Columbus.. which was still 7+ hours away.

Wouldn't surprise me, Last seasons opener was held in Orlando after Nats were held in Orlando.
In all honesty I don't care where opener is, I just want more events next year. 2 month gaps aren't fun.
Completely agree seeing as how I am less than an hour away. However, we all know how MLG loves to do events on the West Coast because they ALWAYS sell out. Seriously though, this is the birthplace of Microsoft/Xbox and Bungie. Show em some love. Plus, we got lots of West Coast pros who would probably love to not fly over a 3 hour time change for every tournament.Quote:
