NEW Official Noob School Thread

Hey guys,

This was started back in the old TLN and I would like to be able to start it up but I would like to change things with it to make it easier on everyone.

I want to start this thing which I will call "Noob School." I will answer all of the questions you might have in the reading below.

What is "Noob School?"

Noob School is a free service where "Noobs" can learn the ways of Halo Reach and feel more comfortable with the game.Whether they are new to Halo or they have been around sometime and have just been struggling with things. I am starting this service to help people become better at Halo Reach and also to help bring the community together by getting to know each other and not single out the "noobs." With that being said, I feel that if some of the really good Halo Players or Coaches on here can give up maybe a 1/2 hour, or maybe more to help out others, we can be the best gaming community out there. I know that many pros give lessons and things of that nature for money, so I want to remind you that this is totally free, and I am planning to recruit teachers for our "Noob School."

The Plan

I want to get this as much notice as possible, so I need people to join. Don't be afraid to be categorized as a "Noob." It's okay, and we were all in the same boat at one point. Before you know it you wont be a noob anymore, and hey if you're lucky me or one of the teachers will notice you and you can come back and become a teacher. Also you can finally not have the fear of going into something like matchmaking and not know what to do and maybe have the opportunity to start playing with better people. Onto the good stuff.

What you can do to help?
If you are a good halo player, with teamwork and tons of advice to give then you can become a teacher. If you are a an "ok" halo player than you can sign up as a Noob. I hope that you will see this and want to join either to learn something new or want to help others!

Noobs are to contact the teachers in the list I will provide below and you can then contact the teacher via Xbox Live. Also if you guys have anyway to make this better then just post a response. We want to make this easy and efficient for you.

Also I would like it and greatly appreciate if you are a noob and you contact me on Xbox Live after your time with your teacher and tell me how it went. Also could you guys also keep us updated by editing your progress on your initial post and also tell us how the time with the teacher went and who they were, I'd appreciate it because then the newcomers can see how beneficial this is. And I'd also appreciate it if you'd tell me if you are done with the program and want off of the "Noob list" so we don't have it cluttered and cause possible confusion.
