View Full Version : Worn out controller raising sensitivity?

I've had the same controller for about 8 months now, and I feel like the sensitivity when playing Reach is higher, but I'm not for sure if it's just me being paranoid, or if it's the wear on my controller. I take very good care of my equipment, so it's not from smashing, throwing chairs at, etc.. I was wondering if anyone else has had this same issue. Let me know, thanks :D.

my only issue is my controller is like 2 years old, maybe more, and the sticks feel great, but the slow turn is pretty bad. it was really good when it was new, but it's getting worse. so i guess i have the opposite problem as you, cause my sens feels way slower than it did when i first started reach.

couple of questions. When you play Reach, is it after you haven't played for a day or two? Do you still play Halo 3 as well as Reach? Do you switch sensitivities often? like 3 to 4 then back to 3?

No, I play quite a bit of Reach, I've stuck with the same sensitivity since Halo 3, and I haven't played H3 since October.

Its good to have multiple controllers all wired preferably. I have one I play on while at home like on a regular basis. Then I have another one that I don't use until 2 weeks before an event. But that just me
Yeah.... Thats odd... But if it feels like the sens is too high, and it remains a constant problem, just lower ur sens...
