So someone (foley?) mentioned that even with the roster lock, teams can still change.

Is that true?

I seem to recall something like that, but only when something drastic happened. I.E. a player quit or something. Anyone able to shed any light?

email anakin and he can have the roster changed for you, but you can only drop 1 player. idk its confusing. i know its been done in the past though
